Back in Action

Been reading many many blogs since my last post and suddenly felt the urge to start writing again. I’ve since moved from Savannah back to New Jersey and, already, I’m sick of this place. But I’m not on here to write about all the negative things going on– I want to try and look on the brighter side of life. I’m dedicating my ranting time to Sundays (my only day off).

Currently, I’m applying at 4 different colleges and trying to save up to go back to school. First thing to do is get a new job. When I came home from Savannah I found a quick job that pays under the table. I’m not getting nearly enough for all the hours I’m dedicating, but it’s a start. I’ve been here for about 3.5 months and it’s now time to move on.

Other than that, I’m not doing much else but independently studying Japanese. If I get into good habits now, it’ll be a lot easier to learn once I actually start classes in Japanese. Wish me luck.

I really wish my camera hadn’t died before I could take more pictures of Savannah. This city may be boring and lazy, but it’s no doubt the most beautiful city I’ve been in. The look of this place will be the thing I miss most…

A blog about nothing?

I’ve been contemplating starting a blog for a while now, but I was pretty reluctant to do so before I had anything interesting going on in my life. Still I have nothing interesting happening, but some friends of mine have gotten blogs, so what the hay?

All that’s going on with me these days is stress. Stress because I have no money, stress because I’ve wasted the past 2 years of my life doing absolutely nothing, and stress because I have to find someone to take over my lease. Good times. The only real good news is that a few weeks ago I finally decided what I want to do with my life, so yeah. I’m not gonna say now, but I think I will once I get it goin’.
